"Kombu" is a traditional Japanese ingredient that received the blessings of nature. We have processed the kelp which was blessed in Hokkaido and repeatedly pursued improvement of quality and taste, and has produced products.
For all the products, we use the natural "umami" rather than "umami" artificially pulled out to draw out the original taste of kelp.
Cooking made from natural materials, each pairing up opponent, creates a synergistic effect of further taste.
It is the opposite phenomenon from the strong umami of artificial seasonings that will offset the taste of other ingredients.
